We are however flexible if it is a family with younger siblings depending on their ages and availability.

Each room/unit has a stocked Mini-Bar. Please note for your value added extra we sell all refreshments with virtually no mark up for your convenience and enjoyment. With compliments from the Cunliffe’s!

50% Deposit is required in order to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only accepted upon written acknowledgement of the cancellation.

Fees Applicable:

16 To 30 Days Prior To Arrival: 50% of invoice
11 To 15 Days Prior To Arrival: 75% of invoice
Less Than 10 Days Prior To Arrival: 100% of invoice
Non-Arrivals: 100% of invoice
Cancellation DURING your stay No refund

Child Policy

We regrettably cannot accommodate children age 7 & younger.

We can accommodate children age 8 & older, provided that they are willing to share a 2nd Room/Unit.

Normal adult rates apply.

Check in Time: From 14:30

Check out Time: Not later than 11:00

Please make the necessary arrangements with us should you be arriving earlier than 14:30, later than 18:00 or planning to depart later than 11:00.
