Our Cuisine is in the local tradition and the menu changes daily. Our dining room (with its wide veranda's), in close proximity to the pool area, are at the centre of things! Come and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the veranda overlooking the pool with its panoramic views. Cathbert is also known for our Romantic Dinners. Do not miss out on this! Please note that Dinners are by prior arrangement and only available between Mondays to Saturdays (not Sundays). The menu includes a superb variety of fruit and berries from the valley, fresh baked goodies and a hot selection with the distinctive Cathbert gourmet touch. Dinners from the freshest ingredients, served every night, are served from a set three course menu and neighbouring Cape wines will complement your meals.
